About Divi Form DB

Divi Form DB is a lightweight plugin that will save your Divi contact form submissions into your site’s WordPress database.

Since its launch in 2017 it has had over 10,000 downloads. Over the years it has been sold on the Elegant Marketplace, followed by WP Plugins Plus. As of Jan 2024 it has a new owner (Dave Grey from Friendly Web Guy Plugins) and a new home here at diviformdb.com.

With the plugin installed your Divi contact form submissions will now be saved in your database. There is no need for a per form change to enable this, it simply works out of the box.

Exporting to CSV
It’ll allow you to export your results (on a per page basis) to CSV for re-use elsewhere.

Clone to any post type
Something you won’t see elsewhere is the ability to clone your forms data to ANY post type, not just the standard blog type.

Divi Form DB is a premium plugin and should only be purchased via this site. This’ll ensure you get access to any new features. V2.0+ is licenced via Freemius and has 3 license plans depending on your needs: single site / up to 50 sites / unlimited sites.
