Divi Form DB started life as a simple “save contact forms to the database” plugin. Over the last two years under my ownership it has been packed full of extra benefits.
Here is a summary of what features have been added to Divi Form DB:
- Export to CSV – Export on a per form basis, or combine submissions from multiple pages into one export. This is a time saver if your site’s footer has a contact form and visitors can submit from any page.
- Customisable confirmation emails – Ever forgotten what you just entered? Yup, me to! If your form has an email field your submitters can receive a copy of their submission.
- Submission summary – See submission totals by year / month.
- Support for BCC emails – Handy for testing, or including additional contacts on all forms without editing them one by one.
- Bulk Delete form submissions – Delete by date range (it’s quicker than the Bulk Actions 20 entries at a time!)
- Send Email As – You no longer need to send out emails as the site’s administration email address.
- Resend Submission – Lost the original submission email? Not a problem, resend a copy on a per submission basis.
- Blocked Word List (New for V3.) – Populate the blocked words list to filter them out, preventing any emails and sending them directly to the trash.

It takes time to ensure compatibility with the latest Divi release which is why Divi Form DB v3.0 has had a minor price increase to match its improvements and added benefits.
Existing Freemius license holders will keep their existing annual rate (for as long as their subscription stays active).
Elegant Marketplace Divi 4 License Upgrade Deal
Divi Form DB is a very different plugin today than it was 7+ years ago when the Divi 4 version was sold for $15 (or less) as a lifetime deal. To upgrade to Divi Form DB v3.x you will need to purchase a new license to ensure ongoing compatibility updates and any new features.
